As the Cowboy Church of Travis County develops leadership, it will eventually choose three elders. Their emphasis will be on their role as spiritual advisors, not elder rule. Eventually the Church will be organized into ministry teams that will lead various ministries. We will also have Lay Pastors who will assist the pastor in spiritual ministry
